A safe and neutral place for parents to exchange children or conduct visits. In June, 1996, the
Child Crisis Center opened the Family Visitation Center, the city's only program of its kind. The
Center provides monitored exchanges and monitored visits. These are on-site visits and
exchanges that are monitored by Center staff. This environment creates positive opportunities
for children to visit with parents. Services are provided to families who are court ordered and
independently seek out services.
